    4. Our Response Process & Timelines

    Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Gamblinginfo.net will act expeditiously. Our standard procedure is to:

    1. Review the claim for completeness and validity.
    2. Remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing.
    3. Notify the user or content contributor who posted the material, providing them with a copy of the infringement notice and informing them of the action taken.

    5. Filing a Counter-Notice

    If your content was removed and you believe this was done due to a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must be a written communication sent to our DMCA Agent that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g):

    • Your physical or electronic signature.
    • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it was located before removal.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
    • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Gamblinginfo.net may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

    If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. The material may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the complainant informs us they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the infringing activity.

    6. Repeat-Infringer Policy
